Move from Quip in three steps

Generate a Quip access token

While signed in to the Quip account you want to import, open quip.com/dev/token, select Get Personal Access Token, and copy the token. Treat it like a password.

Set up the import

Open Craft's Quip importer, paste the token, choose a Craft Space and optional destination folder, and choose whether to include comments.

Import and check the summary

Start the import and let it continue in the background. When it finishes, review Craft's summary of anything that could not be fully imported.

Yes. Craft has a dedicated Quip importer. Generate a personal access token in Quip, paste it into Craft, choose a destination, and start the import. The token gives Craft access to the supported content your Quip account can see, so you do not select documents one by one.

Quip spreadsheets are imported as editable Craft tables, and the original .xlsx workbook is attached to the document. Quip Live Apps other than Kanban boards and Project Trackers are imported as non-interactive tables.
